Huevos Rancheros - Two (2) eggs prepared the way you like it, topped with your choice of salsa ranchera, tomatillo or spicy chipotle sauce. Add bacon, sausage or beef fajita as an option. (extra fee applies)
Migas - Two (2) eggs mixed with sauteed tomatoes, onions, peppers, cheese and corn tortilla strips. Add bacon, sausage, chorizo (mix) or beef fajita for a filling meal (extra fee applies)
Huevos Borracho - Two (2) eggs mixed with sauteed tomatoes, onions, peppers and cheese. Add bacon, sausage, chorizo (mix) or beef fajita for a filling meal (extra fee applies)
Huevos Vegetarian - Two (2) eggs with mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, onions, peppers and cheese served with black beans.
Breakfast Quesadilla - Two (2) eggs mixed with cheese and your choice of bacon or sausage, folded in a large flour tortilla and grilled to perfection.
Chorizo Plate - Two (2) eggs mixed with chorizo, a spicy mexican sausage.
Above entrees served with potatoes and beans.
Huevos can be ordered without peppers.
Breakfast Taco
One egg taco and your choice of one of the following items: Potatoes, beans, bacon, sausage or cheese.
American Breakfast
Two (2) eggs any style, served with bacon or sausage, one (1) pancake and home friend potatoes.
